Refunds and cancellations

Classes

When booking a place on one of our in-person courses, you will be required to pay a non-refundable £20 deposit

The rest of the course is payable by the second week of the course

If you cancel once the course has begun the full course cost remains payable and must be paid by the second week of the course

1-2-1 training

Cancellations within less than 24 hours of your session must be paid for in full

Workshops

Cancellations within less than 48 hours of the workshop must be paid for in full

Online courses

Online courses are fully refundable within 30 days of purchase

Once the refund has been processed you will no longer have access to the course content
